Welcome to a brand new year 2017!  Congratulations for crossing over from the year 2016 to a brand new year. God is faithful and will continue to be faithful in keeping to His promises. Are you set to experience unstoppable progress in the new year? Getting to a higher level of responsibility or attaining greatness has with it some responsibilities and positive decisions which anyone desiring such needs to have to experience higher level of output and productivity in service or production of goods. May I ask you if you are prepared for a journey to higher level of greatness? What is your attitude like? Have you prepared yourself for the task ahead of you to experience greatness? To fail to plan as they say is planning to fail. No team player in any football match goes to compete with another team without adequate practice. No one goes for a journey of a month with only the dress put on without having any hope of getting any other from where he or she is going; if such is done, the person would be referred to as being crazy or operating in illusion.

What are you going to do to move yourself from where you are now to where you want to be in the new year? What is your disposition to life? Which risk do you need to take to get you from here to there? How effective are you in the usage of your skills and talents? Your skills are expected of you to be utilized to take you to your level of greatness. In fact, they are God’s gifts to you to excel in your world and for the benefit of humanity. How well have you prepared yourself for the unknown journey of the year? Have you been able to commune with your Creator? You need to understand that no one will be able to utilize a product maximally without adequate consultation of the manufacturer’s manual.  Align yourself with your Maker; never think you can do everything alone!

To experience greatness, you need to be able to identify noises around you. Are the noises positive or negative? Learn to silence unnecessary noise around you but learn to be attentive to the positive ones even if such is coming from your critics! Make up your mind that you are here on the earth surface to have your impact; you are to fill a vacuum with your unstoppable spirit. For no reason must you allow others to silence your opinion or eat away your confidence from you. To be on top of any situation, never allow your mindset to be negatively affected or your self esteem to be derailed. Your need to remain positive and be focused in the midst of challenges and obstacles makes you an unstoppable person. Never allow internal processing of negative utterance spoken to you by any person have any effect on you. If at all there should be any effect, it should be positively internalized.

Learning to manage unexpected situations will move you from here to there. Always make sur you are on top of any situation that faces you. Remember that life is in facets. Unpalatable experiences happen to everyone no matter who you are. What you need to do when unexpected or undesirable experience shows its ugly head is to be calm. Be pre active to be on top of the situation. What benefit is it going to be for you after you experienced unsuitable situation and you are still left with health failure? Have the understanding that everyone has one or more unpalatable experiences of life to be dealt with as long as one breathes. Let your disposition be calm, whatever! This will help you to think out of the box and taker positive decisions in the phase of adversity or life-challenges. What will make you a champion is your adaptability to the situation or the steps you are to take to see yourself recovering from the situation. It is my prayer that you will not face life challenges that will have control over you by consuming you, did I hear amen? Do not be proud to seek help or call a trusted person to share your heart when you are faced with life challenges. Above all have faith in God that the situation has an expired date.

Be internally motivated and passionate about your goal. Do you have plan that you love to see it coming to full manifestation? Work on it and make sure nothing disturbs you from achieving it not even yourself. If you will need to have a break, make sure the break is positive and never forget to complete what you have started. Have a right attitude; having a positive attitude is a little thing which makes a big difference, so says Winston Churchill. Attitude and aptitude are twins. You cannot rise beyond your attitude and mindset. Have a positive attitude with a great aptitude. Your attitude motivates your behavior. How will you be professing a mission that you are not practicing? What is that idea you need to develop to come to reality? What is your inner conviction about your plan like? Have a mental alertness to manifest the greatness in you.

For you to operate on cruise control in the new year, there are some habits you need to embrace ant upon which are;

• Believe in your ability and talents
• Be passionate about your life assignment
• Love people and be prepared to walk alone as situation may demand
• Be happy with the success and achievements of others
• Be resilience
• Learn to persevere in the phase of adversity, remain focused
• Be creative and innovative
• Learn to identify and tap opportunities, opportunities often disguise as problems
• Have the spirit of time management
• Be ready to diversify
• Never compare yourself with others, be your competitor
• Learn to be on top of any situation, whatever!

God created you to dominate and fulfill destiny, make sure you are not negotiating your leadership potentials. You need to speak, communicate and act your vision with passion to fulfill your mission. Everyone is born with a purpose, fulfill yours and be prepared to share your gift to the world to add and enhance the lives of others.  In all your ways this year and beyond, acknowledge God.
